The coordination team reviews your request and follows up. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment.
What does submitting a request mean?
A request is not a confirmed appointment. Once the service opens, your account will show its status and updates. Do not include sensitive medical information in request notes.
Before making a decision
Discuss suitability, risks, costs and follow-up with the doctor. A directory listing does not guarantee a particular treatment outcome.
